About the Role
A global trading organization with decades of experience in financial markets is seeking a Relationship Manager to join its team focused on digital asset trading. This role supports institutional clients across the Americas and plays a key part in facilitating 24/7 market activity.
The firm operates across major asset classes including fixed income, equities, FX, commodities, and energy, and has expanded into areas such as real estate, venture investments, and digital assets. With a presence in North America, Europe, and Asia, the company emphasizes autonomy, innovation, and a collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional counterparties during U.S. trading hours, supporting trade execution and resolving inquiries.
• Build and manage relationships with prospective clients, including banks, hedge funds, family offices, and other financial institutions.
• Generate and distribute market insights related to spot and options trading.
• Represent the firm at industry events and lead in-person meetings with clients; travel may be required.
• Promote cross-functional offerings to enhance client engagement across various business lines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 5+ years' experience in institutional sales or relationship management within trading, banking, or brokerage environments.
• Familiarity with derivatives and foreign exchange markets is advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in managing and growing institutional relationships.
• Strong interest in digital assets and understanding of market infrastructure in this space.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to operate effectively across global teams and time zones.
• High level of initiative, adaptability, and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Analytical approach to prioritization and decision-making.
